Troubleshooting N4 Hubs
If you are on-site and unable to discover any of the installation’s N4s, there are several potential issues you may be encountering:
- The N4 Hubs might not have power
- The N4 Hubs might not be on a LAN
- The N4 Hubs might not be receiving DHCP addresses
- The N4 Hubs might be on a network with a firewall
